The Role:

We’re on the lookout for dedicated Groundskeepers who are ready to get their hands dirty (in the best way) and help maintain the beauty and serenity of our grounds year-round. If you love being outdoors, find satisfaction in a freshly cut lawn, a well-trimmed hedge and a sunrise over manicured greens then this gig is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Maintaining the landscaping and grounds of our two championship golf courses - mowing, trimming, raking, digging, cutting, blowing, lifting and hauling.

· Operating maintenance equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers and utility vehicles.

· Keeping our golf courses and outdoor areas neat, tidy and top-notch.

· Maintaining cleanliness of walkways, common areas and parking lots.

· Assisting with seasonal planting and irrigation system upkeep.

· Identifying and reporting any grounds-related repair needs or hazards,

· Working with an awesome crew who values humor, hustle and helping each other.

· Learning and growing, we’ll train the right person if you bring the right attitude.

What You Bring:

· You’re reliable and take pride in doing a great job.

· You’ve got a valid driver’s license.

· You don’t mind getting up early (the best views happen before 9 a.m.).

· Comfort using hand tools and power equipment.

· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

· A keen eye for detail and appreciation for a tidy landscape.

· Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently or with a team.

· You enjoy working outdoors, even when Florida’s doing its Florida thing- it gets hot out there!
