Maintenance Supervisor

Grand Villa of Clearwater is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our beautiful senior community in Clearwater. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities within the community

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, and equipment

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Manage maintenance staff, providing training and support as needed

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory

- Assist with emergency repairs and troubleshooting as required

- Collaborate with management to plan and execute property improvements and upgrades

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
