Requirements
- Purchase order data entry, change orders, amendments, and other related documentation
- Sourcing pricing for spares using ILS, OEM websites
- Follow up and monitor status on open purchase orders
- Analyzes inventory levels, demand/spend profiles, and lead times for components involving purchasing decisions

Experience and Skills
- Computer skills – General MS-Excel and Word skills are mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Previous Purchasing Aviation Experience
- Excellent communication skills required
- English/Spanish proficiency is mandatory: Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment
Physical Requirements
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- The ability to walk up stairs
- Sitting, standing or moving for long periods of time
Education
- High School Diploma, some college is preferred
