Senior Management Advisors (SMA) oversees and supports a portfolio of senior living communities across Florida. We specialize in operational excellence, growth-focused marketing, and delivering exceptional resident and family experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Creative Manager to lead and execute brand-aligned creative initiatives across our communities.


Position Summary


The Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and consistency of all creative assets that support SMA and its managed communities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution and project management. The Creative Manager will collaborate closely with operations, sales, marketing, and external vendors to ensure all creative efforts drive occupancy, engagement, and brand recognition.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and maintain brand standards for SMA and all managed senior living communities
  • Ensure consistent visual identity, messaging, and tone across all platforms and materials
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies

Content & Asset Development

  • Oversee the creation of digital and print marketing materials, including:
    • Community brochures, flyers, and sales collateral
    • Digital ads, social media graphics, and email campaigns
    • Website content, landing pages, and visual updates
    • Signage, event materials, and promotional assets
  • Write, edit, and refine copy as needed to ensure clarity, compliance, and impact

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously across various communities
  • Establish timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet marketing and sales goals
  • Serve as the primary creative point of contact for internal teams and community leaders

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support occupancy goals
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, freelancers, and agencies
  • Support community-level marketing initiatives, promotions, and special campaigns

Performance & Optimization

  • Review creative performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Continuously optimize creative assets based on engagement, conversion, and occupancy data
  • Stay current on senior living marketing trends, digital platforms, and creative best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or brand management role 
  • Experience managing creative projects across multiple brands or locations
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, and website management tools

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in senior living or healthcare
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead-generation campaigns
