As we celebrate our 15-year anniversary, we’re expanding aggressively and looking for experienced sales professionals who want high commissions, flexibility, and real earning potential.
This is a commission-only position for motivated closers who are confident selling HVAC systems, replacements, and upgrades.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- HVAC or construction sales experience preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) – strongly preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
- Ability to explain HVAC systems clearly to customers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently
- Existing customer base is a big plus

- Meet with homeowners and property managers
- Sell HVAC replacements, upgrades, and new installations
- Present clear Good / Better / Best options
- Follow company pricing, proposal, and approval process
- Coordinate with office and installation teams
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Represent Nice And Cool professionally and honestly
