Seeking two open roles:

Full-time: 40 hours per week (Sunday through Thursday), Starting 10:00 a.m. -  6:30 p.m. 

Part-Time: 25 hours per week (Sunday through Thursday), Starting 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.


Position Summary

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary office environment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow direction and process. The individual must be professional, courteous, and responsive while respecting supervisory boundaries and work priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily office cleaning in accordance with Janitorial SOPs, including:
  • Offices, conference rooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Restrooms and lunch/break rooms
  • Execute daily tasks such as trash removal, surface cleaning, dusting, disinfecting high-touch areas, and floor care (hard floors and carpet)
  • Perform restroom cleaning and restocking following proper sanitation and safety procedures
  • Complete weekly cleaning tasks, including high dusting, deep floor cleaning, and appliance cleaning as assigned
  • Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE
  • Place and remove safety signage (e.g., “Wet Floor” signs) as required
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly to the supervisor
  • Work collaboratively with the Part-Time Janitor, including overlapping coverage on Sundays
  • Follow supervisor direction and avoid over-committing to work requests outside the approved process



Salary Information

$24.99 - $25 Hourly Wage

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Qualifications

  • Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
  • Strong dependability and attendance record
  • Ability to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and supervisor direction
