We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Front Apartments. Rate: Based on Experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
Assist with turnover of apartments.
May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
Appliance repair.
Customer service.
Snow removal duties.

Requirements

Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
Working cell phone.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.
