Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for staff and management.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and correspondence both electronically and physically.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support the operations team with data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and administrative procedures.

Salary Information

$30 - $35 Hourly Wage

Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or administrative position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
