Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for staff and management.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and correspondence both electronically and physically.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the operations team with data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and administrative procedures.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role or administrative position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
