The hybrid Administrative Assistant / Coordinator position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role will support our team with a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communications across departments. Excellent rganizational skills and attention to detail will be key in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment.
Requirements:- Review and approve CRM orders.
- CRM data entry and auditing line items.
- AP-Receives, verifies, reconciles, and approves factory invoices.
- AR-Invoice customer following FOB terms.
- Calculates sales tax on customer invoices.
- Reviews, verify, and post invoice batch transactions.
- Assists with job reconciliation weekly and monthly utilizing unbilled and VIR dashboard.
- Manage incoming calls, provide customer service to our sales team through phone, email, teams and /or CRM.
- Cost recognition .
- Collects, organizes, and analyzes data using Excel.
- Cross-trained to perform multiple roles and provide coverage as needed for the administrative team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Familiar in Cost Accounting/Project Management.
- Experience with ERP System Data Entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
