Arbors Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to care for two smaller, well-maintained apartment buildings on Pittsburgh’s North Side. These are stable properties with organized management, reasonable workloads, and residents who take pride in where they live.
This is a great role for someone who wants steady work without being spread thin across dozens of properties.
The Role
- Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs for two residential buildings
- Complete work orders and address resident requests in a timely manner
- Perform general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, etc.
- Complete apartment turnovers when units become vacant
- Maintain common areas and building exteriors
- Assist with compliance and housekeeping inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What We’re Looking For
- Prior apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work
- Reliable, organized, and professional with residents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- No certifications required
