Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the BMW product lineup, features, and performance options
  • Negotiate sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-focused manner
  • Ensure a seamless delivery experience by explaining vehicle features, warranties, and service programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation
  • Stay current on BMW models, technology, incentives, and promotions
Requirements:

 

  • New or used automotive sales experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanor
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to balance exceptional customer service with effective closing techniques
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Valid and clean NY State driver’s license
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • CRM experience preferred


Salary Information

$125000.00 - $175000.00 Annual Salary
