Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Director of Manufacturing. This role oversees all aspects of the site's manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance activities. Responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through implementing lean methodologies, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Get:

  • Starting Salary: $162-184,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manufacturing: Lead production teams to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals. 

  • Supply Chain: Manage purchasing, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. 

  • Maintenance: Ensure equipment and facilities are well maintained to minimize downtime. 

  • Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS): Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and promote a strong safety culture. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. 

  • Leadership: Lead and support manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance teams. 

  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and control costs across operations. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, quality, and finance, to support overall business objectives and drive cross functional initiatives. 

    Supervisory Duties

  • Supervise employees in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Manage attendance, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. 

  • Recruit, train, and develop managers and team leaders. 

 

The Skills You'll Need:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methods, maintenance, supply chain management, and EHS regulations. 

  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 

  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in a Senior Manufacturing Leadership role, with a strong track record of managing manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance functions.
