Compensation:

$125,000 - $250,000 yearly plus bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Advocate passionately for clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision and clarity, always keeping clients' best interests in mind.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies that align with our firm's forward-thinking approach.
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations, delivering compelling arguments and achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
  • Stay updated on employment law trends and changes, ensuring clients receive the most current and effective legal counsel possible.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in employment law, with a focus on advocating for plaintiffs' rights.
  • Ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.
