Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting, reporting, KPI tracking, and budgeting for RDG and affiliated entities including Acri, CVDC, PMI, and RCS.
  • Lead portfolio performance monitoring and financial analysis across all business lines.
  • Direct audit preparation and financial statement completion for RDG and affiliates.
  • Supervise cash management for corporate entities and PMI properties.
  • Maintain banking relationships including depository and borrowing relationships.
  • Assist refinancing activities and support real estate acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage real estate tax assessments and valuations for owned assets.
  • Assist Direct insurance strategy including annual renewals, broker relationships, claims management, and employee benefit program strategy.
  • Support long term profitability planning and strategic financial analysis.
  • Assist Manage mergers and acquisitions financial due diligence and integration.
  • Oversee Corporate budget process, financial reporting, and year end close process.
  • Foster a high performance, collaborative, and values driven culture within the finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
  •  Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  •  Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or multi entity environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and banking relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial stewardship.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial information to executives, investors, and ownership partners.
