What You’ll Do:

· Provide compassionate phone-based collections support

· Work across multiple software systems during calls 

· Help consumers resolve accounts in a compliant, ethical manner

What You’ll Bring:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Collections experience preferred (1+ years)

· Strong multitasking and communication skills
