Sales Assistant Overview –

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our Grand Villa Delray Beach family. This position is crucial in supporting our sales initiatives and promoting our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to enhance sales efforts.
- Assist in developing strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our families and residents.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our community.

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Promotional Activities:
- Help implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Participate in events or outreach activities to generate leads.
