All-Safe Pest & Termite in Plano seeks a bright and quick-minded Inside Sales Representative who can SELL from inbound leads. Qualifying prospective customers and matching their needs with our services require a self-assured person with a curious mind. Our Inside Sales Representatives also must accurately document calls, so good typing skills and an organized approach to recording information are essential. As part of the sale, our Inside Sales Representatives must also schedule the first service, meaning strong technology skills and aptitude are necessary to efficiently use our web-based software.

Inside Sales Representatives start with a guaranteed starting wage of $18 per hour. After training is completed (4 to 6 weeks), the hourly rate is $15 per hour plus a 5% commission on all sales. Our Inside Sales Representatives earn between $60k and $75k yearly. Benefits include:

The work schedule for Inside Sales Representatives is 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday along with some Saturday mornings during our busy season in the Spring and Summer. There is NO COLD CALLING in this Inside Sales Representative position.
