Essential Functions:

· Develop a deep understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures related to lines of credit and how they are applied within the Solifi software platform

· Own a pipeline of rental loan conversion requests from closing through funding

· Review borrower eligibility and ensure all files meet program and credit guidelines

· Partner closely with underwriting and the community teams to obtain updated information, resolve conditions, and keep files moving

· Communicate proactively with communities and internal partners regarding status, needed items and next steps

· Review inventory audit reports daily and take prompt action on any findings

· Foster strong relationships with the communities and our internal partners to support a smooth conversion process

· Identify workflow improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall conversion experience

· Responsible for preparing all closing documentation and accurately fund each loan within the Solifi platform


Minimum Qualifications:

· Experience in lending, mobile home finance, or loan operations

· Ability to manage a high-volume workflow with strong attention to detail

· Preferred: 2 years of prior work experience in financial services industry

· Hands-on problem solver who strives to keep deals moving forward

· Strong troubleshooter who jumps in, diagnoses problems fast, and drive timely solutions


Physical Demand:

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

· Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
