Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist I to join our growing team.
Essential Functions:
- Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit.
- Daily maintenance of credit lines
- Review & decision order requests
- Follow up on current inventory both sold & display
- Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments
- Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action
- Foster relationships with the manufacturers/plants
- Managing rental portfolios when the unit on floorplan converts to Rental
- Maintain relationships with communities through recurrent communication
- Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for Rental portfolios
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is preferred but not required
- 2 years’ prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred
- Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts.
- Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products.
- Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to physically type

$24.0 - $26.0
Hourly Wage
