Office Manager - State Farm Agency

Our established State Farm agency is seeking an experienced Office Manager with prior State Farm agency experience. This is a leadership-level role for a confident professional who understands State Farm operations, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

Insurance agency or brokerage experience is required. This role is not suited for entry-level applicants.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing daily office operations
• Handling both sales and service activities
• Supporting clients with auto, home, life, and health policies
• Cross-selling and retention of the existing book of business
• Resolving client needs and service requests
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience working in a State Farm agent's office (required)
• 3+ years of State Farm agency experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with both sales and service
• Confident using State Farm systems and workflows
• Active Property & Casualty License (required)
• Active Life & Health License (required)
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented

Schedule & Work Environment

• In-office position
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
