Requirements:What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily maintenance and appearance of commercial office buildings
- Coordinate and work closely with outside contractors and vendors
- Ensure building systems and common areas are operating efficiently
- Identify issues proactively and follow through to resolution
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for tenants
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in commercial property maintenance preferred
- Ability to manage vendors and prioritize multiple tasks
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
