About this position
Sweathouz is expanding nationally, and we are hiring a Franchise Sales Representative to own the top of our franchise development pipeline. This is a high-urgency, metrics-driven role focused on speed-to-lead, qualification, and advancing high-quality candidates through our development process.
You will be the first impression of our brand.
You will be responsible for pipeline movement.
You will play a direct role in fueling our growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead Response & Qualification
- Respond to inbound franchise inquiries quickly and professionally
- Conduct 20–30 minute qualification calls
- Present the brand overview, ownership model, and investment range
- Assess financial readiness and cultural alignment
- Advance qualified candidates to executive-level discovery calls
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain real-time CRM accuracy (FranConnect preferred)
- Track candidate progress and ensure timely follow-up
- Execute structured follow-up and nurturing sequences
- Keep the pipeline clean, organized, and moving
Performance & Accountability
- Meet KPIs tied to responsiveness, advancement rates, and pipeline health
- Track and report weekly performance metrics
- Collaborate with the Franchise Sales Manager to improve funnel efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, franchise development, or consultative sales
- Strong phone and virtual presence
- CRM experience required (FranConnect preferred)
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable in a high-accountability, performance-based environment
- Strong follow-through and sense of urgency
- Interest in entrepreneurship and brand growth
