Master Electrician Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician Supervisor to lead our electrical team and oversee all electrical projects within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on various projects

- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies

- Lead, train, and mentor electrical technicians and apprentices to foster professional growth

- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine electrical requirements

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion

- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution

- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, safety reports, and compliance records


*** Will provide additional annual compensation for the use of a Master Electrician license***

Salary Information

$150000 - $175000 Annual Salary

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Master Electrician license with extensive experience in electrical systems and installations

- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising electrical teams

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
