We are actively seeking locally based candidates who are excited to work on campus in Draper, Utah. Being on campus means you’ll be a visible, welcoming presence—meeting students face-to-face, giving tours, collaborating with colleagues, and helping prospective learners feel confident choosing Joyce. 


While this role may be performed remotely for highly qualified admissions professionals, on-campus availability is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.

About the Role 

As an Admissions Advisor, you’ll guide prospective students from their first inquiry through enrollment—helping them explore goals, understand program options, and decide if Joyce University is the right fit. 


You’ll balance empathy with accountability, offering encouragement while ensuring students clearly understand expectations and next steps. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and finds purpose in helping others move forward with confidence. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students throughout the admissions process 
  • Build authentic relationships by actively listening to student goals, concerns, and motivations 
  • Conduct on-campus tours, interviews, and advising appointments, as well as virtual meetings when needed 
  • Educate students on academic programs, career outcomes, and enrollment requirements 
  • Communicate consistently and compassionately via phone, email, text, and video 
  • Guide students through application and enrollment steps, ensuring accuracy and timeliness 
  • Track interactions and follow-ups in the CRM to deliver a seamless student experience 
  • Partner with Admissions leadership to meet enrollment goals while maintaining a student-first approach 
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and campus events

Salary Information

$29 - $33 Hourly Wage

Requirements

What You Bring Required 

  • Associate’s degree 
  • 3–5 years of experience in admissions, advising, or relationship-based sales 

Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of successful higher education admissions experience 
  • Experience working on campus or in a student-facing environment
