MID LEVEL (PA/NP) POSITION
Florida Spine Associates provides world-class spine care, returning patients to their desired level of activity, using innovative, efficient, and nascent technologies and processes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our interventional pain management spine care team in beautiful South Florida. The Practice is dedicated to advanced, minimally invasive spine care and pain management, focusing on delivering an exceptional patient experience through a collaborative, outpatient-focused model alongside leading physicians.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our interventional pain management team. You will play a key role in the clinical management of patients with acute and chronic spine conditions, working in both clinic and procedure-room settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive, specialized spine assessments, order/interpret imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray), develop and manage treatment plans.
- Procedures: Perform or assist with joint and trigger point injections.
- Patient Education & Mgmt: Educate patients, manage medications, and ensure compliance with Florida regulations.
Qualifications
- Required: Active, unrestricted Florida PA/APRN license, board certification, and valid DEA registration.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Interventional Pain, Orthopedic Spine, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
- Skills: Proficiency in musculoskeletal care, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience ($110,000–$125,000 plus bonus compensation.
