Production Worker – Second Shift (Wash-Racker)

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize walls, equipment, and work areas in the washroom after production is complete using appropriate chemicals
- Rack fish onto racks for the following day’s production in a refrigerated room maintained at 40 degrees Fahrenheit
- Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely according to safety protocols
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall production efficiency and cleanliness

Requirements:- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment at 40 degrees Fahrenheit
- Experience with cleaning and sanitation procedures, preferably in a food production setting
