Greet & assist donors with professionalism & gratitudeHelp unload donations safely & efficientlyProvide receipts & share information about KARM's missionSort & prepare donated items for processingMaintain a clean, organized, &  safe donation areaWork closely with production and retail teamRepresent KARM's Core Values: Trustworthy, Team-Minded, & Teachable

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This role is performed in a retail donation environment and involves:

Ability to remain on your feet for extended periodsFrequent lifting, bending, and reachingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationWorking in varying weather conditionsModerate to heavy physical activity throughout shift
