Compensation Package: 

    $18.50/Hour - $22.50/HourUnit Offered: 5240 Old Redwood Hwy, Santa Rosa, CA 95403Unit Description: 2 Bed 1 Bath ApartmentMove-in date: within 2 weeks of hiringRent for the Unit: $1,200 per month + utilities
Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Position Hours: Schedule will include Saturdays and on-call availability

FLSA: Non-Exempt


 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    Rental ActivitiesKeep vacant units cleanAnswer phonesIssue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices receivedConduct move-in/move-out inspectionsDocument and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vender work to be performed. Monitoring such work as it is being performedOrder locks to be changed/change codes after move-outs (in-between tenants)
AdministrationMaintain/secure keys & remotesPrepare and orchestrate various inspectionsAnnual safety inspections of each unit with Property ManagerWork with various municipal (fire, water, insurance) inspectionsEnforcement of apartment rulesMaintain registry of tenants, vehicles, assigned keys & gate remotesMaintain & file monthly expenses reports and receiptsCreate supply and equipment manifestOrder and/or reorder of supplies for maintaining the complexMaintenanceStraighten up and remove trash from common areasCall vendors for plumbing, electrical, gas issues and report to PM within 24 hours of such occurrencesKeep entry and common areas free of debris and clutterReturn garbage, recycling, and compost containers to respective locations after pickup days and keep area clean and organizedReplace broken and burnt lightbulbs in all common areas

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Onsite Manager will be required to attend any training by PURE, including but not limited to Fair Housing coursesSelected applicants will need to qualify for $1,500.00/mo rent and undergo regular tenant screening1-2 years prior property management or leasing experienceStrong Administrative, communication and organization skills required

$18.5 - $22.5 Hourly Wage
