Clinical Director or Director of Nursing

Clinical Director (or Director of Nursing) for a 1 room + 1 procedure room Ophthalmology ASC (fully accredited) in beautiful South Orange County, CA

We are looking for a dynamic RN to oversee the day-to-day roles and responsibilities for a single specialty ASC in South Orange County. Great hours and flexibility. Clinical duties include pre-op, PACU and OR 1-3 days per week and 1-2 days to focus on administrative tasks in our San Clemente location, making this a well-balanced role in our organization. Excellent pay. Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends! Can be part-time or full-time. 

Pay is commensurate with background and experience ranging between $120,000 to $180,000 annually.

We are Joint Commission and CMS accredited; located in San Clemente, CA with easy freeway access and a welcoming staff and environment to work in.

• RN and hold a license in the State of California
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Previous surgical experience in Ophthalmology of at least 5 years
• Must be able to perform with energy and efficiency
