Carpenter Forman - Lead Our Crew

Are you a seasoned carpenter who knows how to lead a crew and get the job done right, the first time?

Home Enterprises Inc. is a small, tight-knit remodeling and electrical contractor serving the Fort Wayne area. We do quality residential remodeling, and we're growing. We need a Carpenter Foreman who's been around long enough to know what good work looks like and who takes pride in making sure it happens every day.

This isn't a "big company" gig. You'll work alongside ownership, not beneath layers of management. If you want your voice heard and your skills respected, you'll fit right in.

• Competitive pay: $35–$45/hr depending on experience

What You'll Do

•      Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew on residential remodeling projects

•      Run morning huddles, assign daily tasks, and keep projects on schedule

•      Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and timelines with management

•      Perform and oversee carpentry work: framing, finish, drywall, roofing, flooring

•      Enforce quality standards and job site safety every single day

•      Communicate clearly with management and clients — no surprises

•      Mentor crew members and help them grow

What we're Looking For

•      5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience, you've built it, framed it, finished it

•      Experience leading or supervising a crew (formal or informal)

•      Proficient with carpentry tools, techniques, and materials

•      Strong measuring and math skills

•      Valid driver's license

•      High school diploma or GED preferred

•      Local to the Northeast Indiana area
