About this position
We are looking for a part time office assistant to assist with a variety of clerical tasks in our Bridgeport, WV office. Duties include providing support to managers, employees, assisting in daily office needs.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing paperwork
- Helping employees with forms and trip reports
- Tracking trash bins/ matching with dumps and manifests
- Assisting with service tickets/ getting service orders
- Assist with tracking assets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant or Receptionist
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly under occasional stressful situations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
