Role Overview
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in convenient locations while helping patients manage their health and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments
Develop and manage care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Administer treatments, medications, and minor procedures
Coordinate care, referrals, and communication of test results
Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
Qualifications
2–5 years of NP experience (urgent care or family practice preferred)
Master’s degree in Nursing with FNP certification
Active state license
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation for travel between patient locations
