Requirements:
- Perform routine inspections of building, equipment and systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns
- Repair or replace defective parts including minor construction tasks
- Diagnose problems, using diagnostic tools and equipment and determine appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Possess 3-5 years' experience in similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Proactive approach
- Safety first attitude
- Must be able to read and interrupt Electrical and Mechanical Prints
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot and repair
- Manual dexterity and physical strength to handle tools, preform repairs and lift items over 50 lbs.
- Time management and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent along with technical certifications or prior experience in maintenance roles
