Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance principles.
Familiarity with safety practices and ability to follow safety protocols.
1+ year of relevant experience in a service or trade environment
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 25–50 lbs, bending, and working outdoors.
Reliable transportation or ability to get to work consistently.
Good attention to detail and ability to document observations accurately.
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in pool operations.
