About this position
Under the leadership of the Director - Maintenance, the Supervisor will coordinate the activities of the Maintenance Department, assign work to production teams and optimize the implementation of improvement projects.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the integration of new employees and oversee their training;
- Manage and develop your team;
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities;
- Prepare interventions (resources, spare parts, downtime) and monitor operations;
- Monitor work carried out by mechanics, electromechanics and external contractors (safety, quality of work, cost and completion times);
- Manage breakdowns and urgent problems by deploying maintenance teams quickly and efficiently;
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and propose initiatives to increase operational efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, as well as with occupational health and safety legislation;
- Any other tasks relating to the smooth running of the maintenance department.
- DEP in electromechanics or industrial mechanics;
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising a maintenance team;
- Computer skills (Office Suite, SAP);
- Master continuous improvement tools and Lean Manufacturing principles;
- Master the electrical, mechanical and logical functioning of equipment;
- Communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
- Autonomy, leadership skills and comfortable working in an industrial environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent command of priority management;
- Bilingualism required (spoken and written).
