- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role in the hospitality or facilities management industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC certification, electrician license) are preferred.
