About this position
Description:
Candidates will be performing multiple accounting functions in their normal daily duties to help produce financial records on a monthly basis within the accounting team. Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform various complex account analyses and reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries and analysis to assist with month-end close
- Maintain documentation of all accounting records
- Additional support to accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or commensurate experience
- Outstanding numerical and analytical thinking
- Exceptional time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and computer skill
Preferred Qualifications
- General ledger accounting: 4+ years
- Working knowledge of GAAP: 2+ years
- CPA Certified
