- Assembly and Quality Inspection

Responsibilities

- Leading and developing production teams

- Monitoring daily output and quality targets

- Coordinating schedules and staffing levels

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensuring safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures

- Training new employees as departments grow

What We’re Looking For

- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-moving production environment

- Knowledge of automotive or similar processes is a plus

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
