Lead Dental Assistant – Full-Time

$24–$28 per hour
Monday–Thursday | 8:00am–5:00pm | No Weekends
The Dental Spa Devon is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to serve as the solo lead assistant in our fee-for-service cosmetic and prosthodontic practice.
This is an opportunity to join a boutique, high-quality environment focused on exceptional clinical care and elevated patient experience. We recently acquired this location and are looking for a confident, dependable assistant who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting for restorative and surgical implant procedures
- Fabricating provisionals, Essix and whitening trays
- Assisting with cementation and digital scanning
- Taking radiographs and impressions
- Maintaining sterilization and operatory organization
- Supporting efficient, high-level patient care
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong restorative experience (implant or prosthodontic a plus)
- Proven job consistency and reliability
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Positive, team-first attitude
Expanded functions training is welcome but not required. This role does not include placing restorative materials.
