Description:
The Scheduling Manager provides workforce management scheduling for 20+ residential houses providing services to Adults with Developmental Disabilities around the clock. The Scheduler makes adjustments and recommendations for optimizing scheduling to maximize service and quality. The position may require backup on-call duties to assist with call-in coverage.
Requirements:Must have good interpersonal skills and time-management skills. Experience working with computers and programs such as Word and Excel. Prior experience with scheduling and scheduling software is a plus.
