Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, cold, and rain.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking during events.
- Ability to climb stairs and navigate multi-level facilities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
