We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury mansion projects in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale custom homes ($10M+), deep knowledge of high-end finishes, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional quality on time and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, discretion, and the ability to work with high-net-worth clients, elite architects, designers, and specialty subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction from pre-construction through final delivery
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls for ultra-luxury estates
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants
- Supervise general contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
- Ensure superior craftsmanship and adherence to architectural specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and progress standards
- Navigate local permitting and compliance requirements in Miami-Dade County
- Manage procurement of premium materials, custom millwork, imported stone, and specialty finishes
- Provide detailed progress reports to executive leadership and clients
- Ensure white-glove project delivery and client satisfaction
- 7+ years of experience in high-end residential construction management
- Proven experience delivering luxury custom homes valued at $5M+
- Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes
- Experience working in private, high-security communities
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction management software and budgeting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Experience managing waterfront or coastal luxury estates
- Knowledge of hurricane-resistant construction standards
- Established network of high-end subcontractors and vendors in South Florida
- Familiarity with working on exclusive island communities such as Fisher Island
