About the Role:

As a Registered Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals across diverse populations. Your primary objective will be to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience. This role demands a compassionate and ethical approach to care, ensuring confidentiality and fostering a safe environment for clients to explore their challenges. Ultimately, your work will contribute significantly to improving clients' quality of life and helping them achieve their personal and emotional goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid and current licensure as a Registered Therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent) in the United States.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical therapy services to diverse client populations.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and mental health assessment tools.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with specialized populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors.
  • Certification in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
  • Additional training or certification in crisis intervention and suicide prevention.
  • Bilingual abilities or experience working in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic modalities.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Stay current with developments in therapeutic techniques and mental health research to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to therapy and client confidentiality.
