Position Overview
TEL is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our 10-week corporate internship program supporting our Accounting internal business units. This program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a real-world corporate environment and to offer them the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in different business segments of the workplace.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for our Accounting Internship Program is a motivated college student pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance, or a related business field, with a strong interest in developing foundational accounting skills. They should demonstrate solid analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn core functions such as reconciliations, financial reporting, data entry, and basic audit support. Strong communication skills and comfort working with spreadsheets—particularly Excel—are important, as is the ability to stay organized and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal intern is proactive, dependable, and eager to apply classroom knowledge to real‑world accounting tasks while contributing positively to the team. Above all, they bring curiosity, professionalism, and a desire to grow into future accounting or finance roles.
 
Wage: $20/hour
Internship Dates: May 18, 2025 - July 24, 2025
Expected hours: M - F, 30 - 40 hours per week
 
Responsibilities
  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Work on and complete assigned projects in designated department.
  • Follow the guidelines and instructions provided by mentors and senior managers.
  • Attend regular feedback sessions with mentors and peers.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
  • Conducting research as assigned by designated department.

Education and Experience
