Senior Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience litigating personal injury matters in California and will be comfortable taking full ownership of cases from intake through trial or resolution.

Responsibilities:

•  Skillfully defending and conducting depositions as part of case development and discovery strategy
•  Taking full ownership of individual cases, managing all aspects from intake through resolution or trial
•  Preparing comprehensive trial materials and actively participating in trial proceedings
•  Representing clients in court with confidence during hearings, motions, and other legal proceedings
•  Drafting high-quality law and motion documents to support litigation strategy and case positioning
•  Conducting thorough legal research and producing well-reasoned legal memoranda and briefs
•  Composing clear, professional correspondence to clients, counsel, experts, and the court
•  Analyzing, summarizing, and propounding discovery requests and responses with precision and strategy
•  Drafting detailed and effective notices and objections in alignment with case objectives
•  Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular, professional communication
•  Conducting and defending expert witness depositions with deep subject-matter understanding and tactical insight

Qualifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of California
• Minimum of 5 years of experience litigating personal injury cases in California
• Proven track record in conducting and defending expert and lay witness depositions
• Demonstrated trial experience, including first- or second-chair participation in jury or bench trials
• In-depth knowledge of California Civil Procedure
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Results-driven mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Salary: From $180,000.00 annually + commission and bonuses
