The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail trade environment at Maine South H.S. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, facilitating effective communication and organization. The successful candidate will manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans, ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently. By maintaining accurate records and managing office supplies, the Administrative Assistant contributes to a productive work atmosphere. Ultimately, this role is vital in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Salary Information

$23.0 - $25.0 Hourly Wage
