Key Responsibilities • Develop leads and schedule customer appointments
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
• Assist with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and account updates
• Support billing, policy changes, and claims-related questions
• Follow agency sales and service processes
