Well established, locally owned and operated company is looking for plumbers to join our ever-growing team. We have a very loyal residential customer base and are looking for consistent, reliable, knowledgeable plumbers to join us in serving the Chicago community.

Plumbing Service Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose plumbing issues in residential homes and clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers.
• Perform service repairs, replacements, and installations in accordance with plumbing codes and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe, water flow, and drainage systems.
• Provide accurate written estimates and explain pricing and scope of work.
• Use company iPad software to document notes, create estimates, and process invoices.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at every job site.
• Follow all safety policies and best practices while working in the field.
• Sales experience or ability to present solution options is a plus.

Salary:

Hourly or Commission options available. Average $125-150,000 annual plus sales bonus opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to handle physical workload
• 3-5 yrs plumbing experience
• Construction experience (Preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school education or equivalent (Preferred)
