Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience

- Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality

- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, silverware, and service stations

- Uphold all health and safety regulations and company policies

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and spirits

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and billing
