About this position
Description:
- Provide individual sessions and education to clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Conduct assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide an ICD-10 Diagnosis.
- Maintain appropriate authorizations for services to be in compliance with payer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Stay current with best practices in therapy and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to practice guidelines regarding proper session coding and client information in the EHR/EMR.
- Use supporting software and communications required by the organization.
- Follow practice, professional, and ethical guidelines regarding documentation.
- Maintain licensure in good standing.
- Licensed as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist.
- Willing to work with children, teens and adults.
- Have no legal violations.
- Possess a working knowledge of applicable State and Federal laws pertaining to clinical treatment.
